REFUND POLICY
No return on perishable and box set.
Our policy: Unfortunately, there is no return on our products in Ginius boxes and refills because they contain perishable goods such as food and spices and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for glass items, non-perishable material, no set in a box is returnable for health reasons. Any element not present in its original state, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error. Any item sent more than 30 days after the initial order.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or initial payment method within a specified period of approximately 3 days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable) If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is mailed. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]
Items for sale (if applicable) Only items at regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, items for sale cannot be refunded.

Gifts & Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a promotional code of the value will be sent to you for future use.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the order was subsequently shipped, we will send a refund to the person offering the gift and they will inquire about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
