Question: What's the difference between the botanical mixes on offer?
The original Ginius is our best-seller. On the palate, it offers slightly spicy notes. Thanks to the 17 aromatic herbs that give it its unique taste, it has sapin notes, a hint of pepper and an aromatic finish of lavender and rosemary.
Exp - Lemon and grains of paradise
On the palate, it offers citrus notes thanks to its prominent lemon peel. Grains of paradise, cubeb berries and coriander balance out to develop pleasant aromas and make this an easy-drinking gin.
Exp - Rose petals and cucumber
In the manner of herbaceous gins, this profile shows notes of cucumber, and fine flowers such as elderberry, chamomile and meadowsweet. Orange and lemon peel and rose petals refine the nose of this unique and different gin.
Exp - Wintergreen
Its minty taste honors the Quebec wintergreen typical of Boisé gin. The aromatic cardamom, combined with red clover and cubeb berry, makes this a versatile gin that leaves no one indifferent.
Exp - Pumpkin
This gin is liquid pumpkin pie! With a hint of cinnamon, a pinch of orange peel, licorice and allspice, it's the perfect autumn gin. Try it warm around a fire, it's even better.
Exp - Wild Rose (NEW)
This gin offers a slightly pink colour as the hibsicus flower leaves its mark in the maceration process. Aromas of candied oranges, cardamom, wintergreen and pink pepper add a nice balance to this unique and tasty gin
Exp - Boreal (NEW)
The boreal experience reveals hints of Quebec's forests, including dune pepper, cedar, balsam fir, white spruce, red clover enhanced with notes of orange peel and angelica roots. Enjoy a glass of Quebec's forest.
