Our first tonic, the one that won the hearts of Quebecers as soon as it was released in 2016, is a story rooted in the Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges region. At the heart of this product is the juicy and acidic sea buckthorn of Léandre Saindon, a Montrealer who decided to settle in the region to cultivate his own land.
Each year, he selects the best berries so that Patrice can marry them with Labrador tea, thus reproducing the memory of his many hikes in Charlevoix, at the Parc des Grands Jardins, where Quebec's pure forest air inspires the local micro-distillers in the making of their gins.
The bitter florality of Labrador tea perfectly coats the boreal acidity of sea buckthorn, supported by a delicate finish of orange and lemon peel.
