This tonic is a metaphor, that of love, that Stephen, Patricia, Barry and all their team put in each bottle filled by hand and produced in small batches of 100L. It is important to us that each maceration of citrus peel and quinine be as perfect as possible, so it would be unthinkable to do it in huge vats.

Made from the highest quality organic hibiscus and a perfect blend of lime, grapefruit and orange, this tonic loves gins, but also loves tequila and bourbon as a tonic. If you love it enough to sleep with it at night, I swear, we're not judging you.

The fruity and acidic sweetness of citrus fruits develops slowly, like a true love story. The race hibiscus then asserts itself in all its florality, punctuated by the bitterness of orange peel and quinine, where a subtle and pungent hint of ginger filters through.
