Are you on the lemon team? We are too. We love this citrus fruit, but especially our production method. First we heat up the water and sugar and add the cold-pressed lemon juice at the last moment. Once pasteurised and bottled, the bottles made in small batches of 100L finish their journey, like all our other syrups, in the refrigerator in order to deliver the purest product possible and as close as possible to cold lemon syrup.
