Are you team lemon? We do too. We love this citrus fruit, but especially our production method. We first heat the water and sugar and add the cold-pressed lemon juice at the last minute. Once pasteurized and bottled, the bottles, made in small 100L batches, finish their journey, like all our other syrups, in the refrigerator to deliver the purest product and the closest possible to cold-pressed lemon syrup.

After a total of 36 hours, filter your production. All that's left is to bottle your gin, add your personalized label, and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
