Is alcohol included in the GinKit?

No, alcohol is not included in our kits. The reason is simple: Quebec legislation strictly regulates the sale and shipping of alcohol, which prevents us from including it directly in the kit.

We've turned this limitation into an advantage for you: the freedom to choose the backdrop for your masterpiece! This gives you the unique opportunity to completely customize your gin, for example by using a vodka from a local microdistillery that you enjoy.

What type of alcohol should I buy?

We recommend a40% neutral grain alcoholor abasic vodka(approximately 750 ml). The idea is to have the most neutral backdrop possible to allow our aromatics to fully express themselves.

How long can I keep my gin once made?

Like any spirit, your gin will keep for a very long time. However, for optimal aromatic freshness, we recommend consuming it within one year of creation.
